Mobile Viennoiserie is a mobile pastry shop that was founded in 2014 in Vancouver, British Columbia.  Viennoiserie is a French word meaning "things from Vienna" and has history originating from Austria.  It includes a whole category of laminated pastry such as croissants, danish, and brioche.  Owner and operator, Jeff wanted to combine the concept of the European Viennoiserie with Japanese baking techniques and flavours to create his signature stick-style pastry.  Each pastry is freshly baked, filled, and lightly decorated by hand using carefully picked local and natural ingredients.  We are proud to offer a delicious, light, and flaky pastry that is baked right on the spot for your enjoyment.  Let the aroma of our fresh baked pastries arouse your senses!
